低氮燃燒器選擇考慮的主要參數
1. NOx 排放

2. 尾氧含量

3. 可調比
采用了電子比例調節的低氮燃燒器通常應該具備至少5:1以上的高可調比。更低的可調比意味著實際運行過程中更多的ON/Off啟停,同時也意味著更多的天然氣消耗。除非是負荷常年在一個比較小的穩定區間的鍋爐,選擇一個高可調比的燃燒器對于降低天然氣的消耗,降低運行成本,延長設備的使用壽命非常重要。
4. 其它主要考慮因素
燃燒穩定性是選擇低氮燃燒器的主要考慮因素,包括設備本身的可靠性。由于在北京實施低氮標準之前,全世界范圍內實施低氮標準的區域主要在美國,所以基本上只有主要銷售市場在美國的燃燒器品牌在低氮燃燒器領域具有比較長的應用經驗。
