在300MW負荷時,兩側偏差總體來看較小。當把SOFA擺角SOFA1,3角前推到底,2,4后拉到底,切圓變大,可使兩側煙溫偏差在15°以內,過熱器、再熱器介質溫度偏差也較小,A側略偏高。225MW負荷和150MW負荷時,偏差較大,SOFA調整后,偏差也有減小的趨勢。

150MW負荷時B/C制粉運行,氧量設定4.9%(30分鐘穩定后參數)時開關上層sofa層輔助風觀察汽溫變化。發現單獨開啟sofa層的sofa1和sofa2開啟會加大汽溫偏差,減溫水量增加由于汽溫偏差加大曾投減溫水后機側主再熱汽溫會下降;單獨開啟sofa3層后汽溫偏差會減少但是由于是一側下降一側上漲機側總的趨勢上漲不明顯;關閉sofa層輔助風,適當開啟下層風門維持風箱差壓300pa左右后主氣溫能上漲到537(機側)左右,再熱氣溫528(機側)左右,兩側偏差不大均上漲趨勢。減溫水量增加較少。

單套C制粉系統運行150WM的情況:主再熱汽溫進行觀察,發現150MW單套C制粉系統運行時主汽溫519度左右,再熱汽溫499度左右(穩定30分鐘的情況)SOF層輔助風門SOF3開大可以緩解主再熱汽溫的偏差但是主再熱汽溫仍偏低。在保證安全的前提下適當開啟SOF3層輔助風門將D層投運D2或者D3給粉機,提高火焰中心時主再熱汽溫上漲明顯主汽溫527左右再熱汽溫512左右(觀察30分鐘,持續上漲中)。

綜合分析,低負荷B/C制粉系統運行時關閉上層sfoa層輔助風門對提高主再熱汽溫,減小減溫水量效果較好。低負荷單套C制粉系統運行時在保證安全的前提下適當投運D層D2/D3給粉機對提高主再熱汽溫效果明顯。
