      最近有客戶找到我們北京眾誠永源節能環保技術有限公司,咨詢低氮燃燒器和普通燃燒器的優缺點,針對這一問題,我們的技術人員給出了以下解答。 Recently, a customer found us Beijing Chuangwei, consulting low nitrogen burner and ordinary burner advantages and disadvantages, in view of this problem, our technical personnel gave the following answers.

      一、優點:
      First, advantages:

      1、由于拉伸了燃燒區域,減弱了部分燃燒強度,在一定時間內,抑制了NOx的形成。
      1. Because of stretching the combustion zone, the combustion intensity is weakened and the formation of NO_x is inhibited in a certain period of time.

      2、低負荷燃燒平穩。因為減少了下部風量,使燃料在低濃度燃燒時,也非常平穩。甚至可以做到40%負荷穩定燃燒。
      2, low load combustion stable. Because the air volume at the bottom is reduced, the fuel is also very stable when it burns at low concentration. It can even achieve 40% load stable combustion.

      3、低負荷時,爐膛火焰充滿度較好。水冷壁吸熱均勻。

      二、缺點:

      1、由于燃盡風位置,使大量的送風在離開爐膛都未參加燃燒,而這部分熱風也是從空預器吸收了大量熱量的,因此會造成排煙溫度過低的現象。尤其是在低負荷時。

      2、由于減弱了下部爐膛的進風量,使下二次風的托扶能力減弱,排渣量增加,排渣含碳量增加,尤其是高負荷時。

      5、由于燃燒區域的拉伸,在高負荷時期,會造成過熱器超溫,減溫水量不足的現象,嚴重時,甚至造成屏過結焦。

      7、由于高負荷時的結焦影響了水冷壁吸熱,使爐膛下部溫度上升,而燃盡風由于位置只能對爐膛上部的煙氣進行冷卻,而對下部爐膛溫度毫無影響,因此爐膛下部NOx的產生隨著結焦而增加,高負荷持續時間越長,減少NOx的效果就越小,甚至超出原有NOx量。
      7.
